A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Partner to join its established and growing team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this is a key senior appointment with responsibilities including:
- Leading on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, partnership agreements, and terms of business
- Supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients across a range of sectors
- Managing and developing key client relationships and referral networks
- Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting team development
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the strategic growth of the department
- Working closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering to clients
