One Stop – Warehouse Operative

About the role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will ensure our stores receive the right stock at the right time. You will work a permanent 36‑hour contract, working both AM and PM on a 3‑week rolling rota. Overtime is paid at time & half after 36 hours or double time on Sundays. This is a fast‑paced environment so you will be required to be efficient, accurate, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Support store colleagues by assembling orders accurately.
• Pick and handle stock using a finger scanner and other tools.
• Maintain a clear and tidy warehouse, identifying and mitigating hazards.
• Ensure stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to the highest standards.
• Taken ownership of your own and others’ safety while at work.
• Use mechanical handling equipment efficiently.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
