Regional Leadership

Team Management

  • Lead and manage regional teams, setting performance expectations and targets
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback

Business Development and Growth

  • Drive growth and profitability within the EMEA North region, identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and explore new markets
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet revenue and growth targets

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all EMEA North teams
  • Monitor performance metrics, operational processes, and quality standards

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering results and client success
