What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff, GTM to drive high-impact execution across Omnea’s most critical priorities – from GTM hiring and systems, to strategic initiatives for our CEO and executive team.

You’ll be a force multiplier for our leadership team: helping our Chief Commercial Officer Abhirukt hit hiring goals, as well as supporting our CEO Ben Freeman with special projects, and owning cross‑functional work that sits between orgs together with our CFO Sabrina and Jasmin (BizOps). This is a high‑trust, high‑expectations role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something huge.

What can you expect?

This role will be 80% GTM hiring & enablement and 20% everything else that needs to be done across Sales Ops & Strategic Projects.

GTM Hiring & Enablement (80%)

  • You’ll hit commercial hiring targets by driving execution across sourcing, process, and candidate engagement.

  • You’ll build and manage outbound candidate campaigns (AE, CA, GTM leadership).

  • You’ll improve candidate experience and interview quality across the funnel.

  • You’ll shape and grow our employer brand including content, events, community outreach.

Sales Operations & Strategic Projects (20%)

  • You’ll partner with RevOps to improve our GTM systems: HubSpot hygiene, dashboards, lead routing, etc.

  • You’ll help enable our GTM team with better data, processes, and collateral.

  • You’ll drive execution of CCO‑led priorities across the business (e.g. market positioning, expansion strategy).

  • You’ll research key markets, synthesize insights, and support decision‑making with clear data and analysis.

About you

We don’t expect you to know exactly how to do absolutely everything when you join! We are looking for someone with the right attitude & skillset to take on this challenge.

  • You have 4-6 years of work experience in high‑growth tech companies from 30-200 people or similar high‑paced, ambiguous environments.

  • You have sold something before, whether it’s a product, service, idea, or your own company, and you’re excited to apply those commercial skills to hiring, learning how to sell a story, engage top talent, and close high‑calibre hires.

  • You’re entrepreneurial, want to be part of building a business and know that being good at recruiting will be a massive career accelerator.

  • You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it’s in academia, work, sport, a sales team, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to.

  • You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting. You’re exceptionally articulate, concise and clear in all forms of communication and have the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change.

  • You’re intelligent and have the capacity to rapidly understand our product inside and out. You can simplify complex problems and translate them into next steps, product configuration or new feature requests.

  • You’re outcomes‑focused, and balance the ability to think strategically with a heavy bias to action, always focused on “so what’s the next step?”.

  • You are proactive & crave accountability, proactively pushing initiatives forward and making the best use of the resources available to you.

  • You’re able to ruthlessly prioritise, are highly organised and focused on outputs > inputs. You are efficient & autonomous and don’t compromise on quality.

  • You’re ambitious, competitive, and care lots about your career. You are probably happiest when working really hard and solving challenging problems/winning deals. You know this requires dedication & some sacrifice but you think it’s worth it.

  • You’re just a really good human. You’re empathetic and reliable. You build trust with people you work with and are highly collaborative. You have minimal ego, seek feedback to continuously hone your craft and try to bring out the best in everyone around you.
