Factory Operative – Dispatch Department (Goods Out)

Location: Latchingdon, Essex

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of a dynamic team in a bustling goods out department.
2. Packaging Kebabs: Responsible for packing kebabs manufactured the previous day, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch.
3. Loading Vans: Assist in loading vans with packaged goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet the day’s delivery schedule.
4. Palatizing Goods: Help with the palatization of goods, ensuring proper stacking and securing for safe transport.
5. Physical Goods: Lift and handle kebabs weighing approximately 20 kg, maintaining adherence to safety guidelines.
6. Training: Participate in and complete the provided training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
7. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, providing a consistent and predictable schedule.
8. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Full PPE will be supplied to ensure a safe working environment.
