Nubah Social Care is expanding its East London team and seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (Auxiliary Nurses) to provide compassionate, person‑centred care in clients’ homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, conduct urine tests, and assist with blood sample collection
• Support medical examinations and treatment preparations
• Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance)
• Aid in meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate hydration
• Maintain clean and safe environments (e.g., tidying rooms, changing bed linen)
• Collaborate with nurses and other professionals in homes, hospices and hospital wards

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare support role (preferred)
• Background in dementia care, residential, or community care settings
• Confident administering basic first aid and supporting medication protocols
• Physically fit to perform care tasks (including moving and handling)Warm, empathetic communication style and strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with domiciliary care practices and complex care requirements

Entry Requirements

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS check mandatory (will be facilitated)
• Full training provided for successful candidates

Additional Information

• Education: A Level or equivalent preferred
• Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English
• Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence preferred
