Operative

About the Role

As the successful Operative you will report to the Powders Production Coordinator and support a rotating shift pattern, maintaining plant balance, ensuring product compliance, and operating mobile plant at the Ballidon plant in Derbyshire.

Responsibilities

• Operate the processing plant.
• Load lorries via the control room with daily customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the lab testing team.
• Carry out daily safety and quality checks on the plant.
• Attend and contribute to monthly safety and operational meetings.
• Operate manual bulk bag machines.
• Maintain good housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar operative role.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern.
• Experience in health and safety within an industrial environment.
• Forklift licence (beneficial).
