Glyn Hopkin Contact Centre Operative: We are looking for full-time staff to work within our Contact Centre. The hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, based on a shift pattern.
You will be required to do Call Monitoring and input Data in spreadsheets.
About you: To succeed you must have:
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, dedicated and a committed individual.
- You must be able to prospect and create opportunities whilst dealing with incoming enquiries to the branch.
- As well as showing you have the enthusiasm and skill to deliver your own targets, you will also have a strong desire to see yourself as an integral part of a successful team .
- You must have Excel knowledge.
- Engage with customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ideally you will have experience of working in a Contact Centre environment. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
