Warehouse Operative – Gatwick

Location: London Gatwick (RH10)

Pay rate: £12.92 per hour

Contract: Temp ongoing

Hours: Full time, shifts between 5am-11pm, must be flexible across 7 days

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Bar Packers / Warehouse Operatives to work within a bonded warehouse environment, supporting airline operations. This is a hands‑on role suited to reliable and detail‑focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Packer:

• Picking and packing airline bar equipment to strict airline standards
• Ensuring all bar contents are correctly packed and sealed
• Restocking bars returned from flights
• Searching and sealing products in line with security procedures
• Working in a bonded warehouse while adhering to CAA regulations

Warehouse Operative:

• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Stock distribution and stock control
• Maintaining accurate records for all products
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant
• Following all bonded warehouse and CAA regulatory requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Requirements

• Comfortable handling pork products, alcohol, and tobacco
• Prepared to stand for long periods and undertake manual tasks
• Good mobility and strong work ethic
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Willing to work in a chilled environment
• Basic numeracy and English skills
• Reliable and able to follow detailed procedures
