Job Description

Eligibility: must be eligible to live and work in the UK or have a current work visa.

Contract: 20 hours per week.

• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests.
• Coordinate with your team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Take orders and communicate them to kitchen staff.
• Verify meal collection from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas as per procedure manual.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a sparkling, upbeat personality and quickly build rapport in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask.
• Flexible to work various shifts Monday to Sunday.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Problem‑solving abilities.
