An amazing opportunity has arisen in Luton for carers and nurses as OneCall24 Healthcare are looking to recruit a team to work with an incredible young woman. This role will involve the carers to oversee health related issues throughout the day, as she requires care with Tracheostomy/ Ventilator, Peg feeding and support with Suctioning. We are looking for healthcare workers and nurses who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for an individual requiring Tracheostomy/ Ventilator support, Peg feeding and suctioning assistance.
- Deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan.
- Work with the team to ensure high standards of care and participate in professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tracheostomy and Ventilator care.
- Experience with Suctioning.
- Healthcare worker or nurse background with ability to deliver person-centred care at home.
