Experienced Production Assistants Needed for a Leading Food Manufacturing Company

We are recruiting Production Assistants for our long‑standing client based in Lacock. Established in 1926, they operate a modern, high‑tech facility specialising in the packing of free‑range and organic eggs.

If you’re reliable, motivated, and have at least 6 months’ experience in food manufacturing, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced and supportive production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working efficiently on the production line
• Ensuring machinery runs at optimum speed and productivity
• Manual handling and movement of goods
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Good level of physical fitness
• Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and willing to learn

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rates: £12.71 – £19.00 per hour (depending on shift and overtime)

Shift Patterns

• Days

Due to the rural location, you will need to either drive or use the company‑provided transport from Chippenham or Swindon (subject to availability).

This role may suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, or Hygiene Operative.
