Job Description
Our client based in Newhouse is currently looking to recruit a Yard Operative. The role is initially on a temporary, ongoing basis but may become permanent for the right candidate after a qualifying period.
Duties
General cleaning of the site, including brushing, shovelling, and cleaning platforms, towers, floors, etc. The client will provide any additional training required on specialist machinery.
Hours
Mon to Fri – 07:00 to 16:00 (with the option of overtime, i.e., can work 06:00 to 18:00).
Location & Transport
Due to the hours and location of the position, candidates must live locally or have their own transport.
Pay
£12.93 per hour.
Qualifications
Previous experience within a recycling centre is advantageous but not essential.
