We currently have an opportunity to join our Street Cleansing Team as a Seasonal Street Cleansing Operative.
Your Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team player to join East Suffolk Services Limited in a seasonal role helping to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of areas owned or maintained by Easy Suffolk services, with particular focus on Felixstowe’s resort beach areas. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring these popular public spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike. What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness through litter collection, bin emptying, and sweeping across designated areas.
- Working in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
- Engaging courteously and professionally with members of the public.
- Keeping accurate records where required.
What you will need
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- A full UK driving licence (Category B) is an essential requirement of this role.
Hours/Days of work
- Post 1: Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
- Post 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
