Near Lewes, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Sussex | Leading Building Materials Manufacturer£12.21/hour | Monday to Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:00 PMWe’re recruiting Yard Operatives for a UK-leading manufacturer of building materials at one of its busy production sites near Lewes, Haywards Heath, and Burgess Hill in East Sussex. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing finished goods for dispatch
• Working in a busy warehouse and stock yard
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving raw materials and completed products
• Completing basic paperwork
• Manual handling duties
• Supporting other departments during peak periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, yard, or production environment
• Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Willingness to carry out physical, hands-on work
• Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage
• Basic computer literacy (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Own transport is essential due to the rural location
