This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our flagship dealership in Leeds.
As a Compound Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the movement of vehicles across our dealership network. This will involve transporting both dealership stock and customer vehicles safely and efficiently around the siteon a daily basis.
The role includes a variety of general site responsibilities, with a focus on logistics and the safe movement of vehicles. This will involve handling both customer vehicles and dealership stock. You will also support the day-to-day upkeep of the dealership, assisting with general maintenance and carrying out housekeeping duties as required.
The successful candidate will be a confident, customer-focused individual with a full, clean driving licence. You will be comfortable working independently, as well as representing the business when interacting with customers and colleagues across multiple sites.
