Night Care Assistant

Job Summary

Night Care Assistant at Bosworth Care Home, Weymouth. Permanent role, 42 hours per week, 8pm-8am on a two‑week rotating rota including alternate weekends. Pay from £13.35 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing and oral care while promoting independence




• Contribute to care planning and care reviews




• Administer medication safely in line with procedures




• Facilitate activities, outings and companionship for residents




• Provide support to colleagues through shadowing and teamwork




• Help maintain smooth running of the home

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK, no skilled or student visas accepted




• Previous care experience not essential; fully funded training provided




• Reliable, caring, positive attitude

Disclosure & Barring Service Check

Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and a DBS check will be required.
