- Providing updates on orders, products, pricing, and account queries
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting the wider customer service and administration team with day-to-day operations

- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
