About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes throughout the night.
Your role may include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred overnight care
- Supporting with personal care and bedtime/morning routinesProviding companionship and emotional reassurance
- Conducting welfare checks and responding to client needs during the night
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records and communication with the wider care team

*To be eligible for the £500 joining bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch’s needs and be able to work at least 15 hours per week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing, and £250 upon successful completion of probation.
