Job Title

PART TIME WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – ORDER DISTRIBUTOR – WORKING IN A PRISON ENVIRONMENT

Contract & Salary

Contract type: Permanent (Part‑time).

Pay rate: £15.05 per hour.

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, every Saturday 07:00–14:30 (including a 30‑minute paid break).

Location

HMP Moorlands, DN7 6BW.

Security Vetting

All candidates will require enhanced security clearance. Proof of a minimum of three years UK address history is essential.

Responsibilities

• Distribute orders accurately and on time to inmates.
• Load and unload vehicles when orders arrive.
• Comply with prison rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proof of minimum three years UK address history (required).
• Comfortable working in a prison environment alongside inmates.
• Capability for manual handling and regular heavy lifting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliability to arrive at the prison at shift start time.
