Social Media Support – Volunteer

About the Role

Join Footprints, a baby loss charity supporting families who have experienced twin or triplet loss. This remote role involves managing content and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) for 10‑15 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit social media content using Canva.
• Review content for Awareness Days and update graphics.
• Engage with and respond to the community.
• Help grow the audience across all platforms.
• Occasionally set up posts and publish content.

Qualifications

Professional experience managing social media for a sensitive or charitable organization. Proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling tools. Ability to handle sensitive content with empathy and discretion. Remote work is required.
