Salary

£13.45 to £13.81 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the people we support to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care.
• Use knowledge, skills and adherence to legislation, best practices and our policies to deliver high‑quality care.
• Engage with individuals to develop their interests, maintain skills and foster personalised care.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships within their local community.
• Complete and maintain support plans and other necessary documentation.
• Notify team leader/senior support worker of any changes in needs, contributing to well‑being.
• Safeguard and promote the safety of those in our care.
• Help individuals maintain and develop relationships with family, friends and others important in their life.

Qualifications

• Drivers licence preferred (checks are fully funded by Glassmoon Services Ltd).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory criminal record checks.
• References available.
• ID and address check.
