Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of your team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
