As a Cleaning Operative, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that facilities maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, replenishing toiletries and cleaning fixtures as needed.
- Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe for occupants.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the management team.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials.
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in cleaning.
- Good communication skills.
