Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: £13.52 per hour
Job Purpose: Fully support the Kitchen team in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness standards in all the stadium kitchens, including all equipment and store areas.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)
- Using the dishwashers and equipment provided to ensure all cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload and put away food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised, clean and tidy ensuring stock rotation is fully covered.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
Essential Qualifications
- Good time management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic food hygiene and cleanliness awareness.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering.
Health and Safety
- Responsible for ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, with relevant paperwork to support.
- Ensure all employees complete the required training to do their job.
- Report all incidents and accidents as required.
- Report any hazards detected.
- Complete and review the risk assessments for the department.
