Job Summary

As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. Friendly, approachable, and an excellent customer service communicator with the ability to work independently while staying organised.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out.
• Assist with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone.
• Serve guests professionally.
• Keep the restaurant, lounge, and facilities clean and tidy.
• Prepare the restaurant for breakfast service and set up the buffet table.
• Patrol the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to work independently while staying organised.
• Energetic and motivated to work through the night.
• Age‑related pay rates apply for Under 21s.
