Construction Site Cleaner — Immediate Start, CSCS Card

JRL Group / Midgard ltd are looking for an experienced Cleaner to work on a construction site in Birmingham. This position is available to start immediately and we have long term work available. Please be advised that we would require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. Payment is on a self‑employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

Job Duties

• Cleaning on a new build construction site. builders clean works
• 7:30am – 5:30pm (1hr break)
• £120.00 per day paid on a self‑employed basis
• CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Cleaner
• Current valid CSCS Card or certificate is required
• Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
