Drinks Buggy Attendant – Hampton Court Palace Golf Club

Are you a people person who loves being outdoors and takes pride in delivering a brilliant guest experience? We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Drinks Buggy Attendant to join the team at the stunning Hampton Court Palace Golf Club. You will be the face of our on‑course hospitality — cruising the fairways, serving golfers, and making sure every round is that little bit better.

What you will be doing

• Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the course
• Serve a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws
• Engage with golfers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to keep the buggy well‑stocked at all times
• Keep the buggy clean, tidy, and presented to a high standard throughout each shift
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly

People & Service

• A natural warmth and great way with people
• Confident, friendly communication
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• A positive attitude in all conditions

Practical Skills

• Reliable timekeeping — punctuality is key
• Comfortable card payments
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (training provided)

Requirements

Age: 18+ (alcohol service)

Driving: Valid licence
