Weekly payroll. PAYE Umbrella; additional deductions will apply to take‑home hourly rate.

Responsibilities

The day‑to‑day duties include:

• Cleaning site cabins, offices, reception areas, canteen/kitchen facilities, toilets, corridors, and communal areas.
• Emptying bins, removing rubbish and recycling.
• Wiping down and sanitising surfaces.
• Cleaning, sanitising and stocking restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
• Keeping all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean.
• Maintaining the drying room in general state of cleanliness.

Previous Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working on a construction site in a similar cleaning role.
• Good understanding of cleaning products and their uses, and knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment such as mops, brushes, and vacuum cleaners.
• Ability to lift and move equipment, work independently, empty bins, and at times move and dispose of larger waste items.
• A degree of flexibility, as the role may require working before the site opens, during site hours, or after closing to access certain communal areas.

Experience Required

Preferred: 1 year of cleaning experience.

Qualifications and Certification

• Valid CSCS card.
• If you do not have a CSCS card but have relevant experience, you may still apply for roles limited to communal areas prior to entering the live site.

Requirements

• Hard‑working and driven.
• Valid ID or passport.
• Full PPE: hard hat, hi‑vis, safety boots.
