Food and Beverage Assistant – The Manchester Deansgate Hotel
The role requires 4 hours per week across one shift, with early morning availability essential for breakfast shifts. Experience in food and beverage is important, ideally in a similar venue.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and look after guests with warmth and professionalism, taking orders accurately and serving food and drinks with confidence.
- Use menu knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations, guiding guests through their dining experience.
- Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, attending to guest needs, dietary requirements, and allergen information.
- Provide evening and weekend availability as these are busiest times.
