Bartender

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team at Burnt Orange.

Burnt Orange is a neighbourhood restaurant and late‑night bar located in the heart of Brighton, moments from the seafront and a few streets from the historic Lanes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Self‑motivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.
• Have a genuine passion for creating the finest drinks.
• Creative and able to prepare drinks to the highest standards.
• Experience in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Enthusiastic and confident figure, able to motivate and inspire the team in a busy environment.
• Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work full‑time in the UK.
