Join our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Support Volunteer and play an important role in helping our services run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports Change Grow Live teams across the organisation by helping to process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure payments are handled correctly and on time. Your contribution helps ensure our services can focus on supporting the people who need them most.
No prior finance experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Helping to process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
- Supporting the management of invoices through finance systems (training provided)
- Assisting with processing consolidated invoices where required
- Helping reconcile supplier statements and identify any discrepancies
- Responding to payment‑related queries in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintaining clear, accurate, and organised financial records
- Supporting the team with general administrative finance tasks as needed
