The role
We are searching for a motivated and committed individual to join our team of Relief Project Workers, with flexibility to work across the Worthing area at our residential projects or in the community on a need‑led basis. The role involves supporting teams with the running of services as well as motivating, empowering and supporting clients.
About You
The successful candidate will need to enjoy working with people, have a “can do” attitude and show commitment, resilience, empathy and good basic admin and IT skills. An ability to work flexibly and creatively, and communicate with a wide range of people using excellent active listening skills is a must.
Contract
- Zero hours
- Morning, evening and weekend shifts as required
- Waking night shifts: 10pm – 8.30am
Salary
£13.26 per hour, plus £25 supplement for waking night cover per shift
