Do you have a heart for helping others and a passion for making a difference? Join our unique Scout Group at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children! We meet Wednesday evenings and are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us deliver a fun and engaging Scouting experience.
Commitment
We welcome volunteers who can commit anywhere from once a month to weekly – whatever you can give is appreciated! You’ll be supporting young people aged 6-17 with a range of abilities and needs, bringing a sense of normalcy and joy to their hospital stays.
Training and requirements
No prior Scouting experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to help. We’ll provide all the training you need and arrange a DBS. Hospital and Scout Association training is primarily online and can be completed at your own pace. Other training will be provided during our sessions.
