Trainee Window Fitters

Genesis Employment Services Ltd is recruiting for Window Fitters to fit our products on site across the UK.

We offer full training and the opportunity to progress from 3rd man to 1st man within a 3‑person crew. Typical days start early and finish around 06:00, with a mix of local and long‑range assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist crew with standing in and fitting of windows.
• Work on a job‑finish basis once the product is fitted.
• Support crew as 3rd man, progressing to 2nd and 1st men after training.
• Help maintain schedule between local day (near factory) and long‑range day.

Qualifications

• Good level of communication and strong team‑working skills.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.
• Full driving licence required.
• Willingness to obtain C licence.
• Knowledge of building industry/CSCS card is an advantage but not essential.

Working Conditions

• Day shift, Monday to Friday.
• Schedule determined by site location.
• Job types: Temp to perm, Permanent, Full‑time.
• Location: In‑person.
