Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver food that you can be proud of.
• Drive targets and meet performance goals with your team.
• Support food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Ensure the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
