Salary: £12.26 per hour

Contract Details

• 21‑hour shifts, driver preferred but not essential, including weekends and overnight stays.

• 23‑hour shifts, driver preferred but not essential, requiring weekend and overnight availability. This role is open to female candidates only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).

Responsibilities

• Plan and support daily routines, such as personal care and meal preparation.
• Assist with attending appointments and community activities.
• Facilitate life‑skills development, including cooking, budgeting, and budgeting.
• Engage in hobbies or recreational activities and provide companionship.
• Build authentic relationships, celebrate progress, and act as a trusted presence.
• Collaborate with the support team, communicate openly, and make decisions that genuinely matter.
