Weekend Viewing Guide

Are you looking for an exciting weekend role in property with a customer-facing focus? We are seeking a reliable, personable, and professional Weekend Viewing Guide to join one of our branches in Kings Langley, Boxmoor & Berkhamsted.

As a key point of contact for potential buyers and tenants, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings on Saturdays, showcasing homes, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the property industry while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

• Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits of each home
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive viewing experience
• Answer client questions about properties, the local area, schools, transport links, and amenities
• Ensure strong knowledge of all properties being shown
• Collect and report feedback from applicants following viewings
• Welcome and guide clients professionally throughout appointments
• Ensure all viewings are conducted in line with health and safety requirements
• Support the branch team with general administrative tasks where required
• A friendly, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Good knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled appointments efficiently
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or estate agency role is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential
