Our Kitchen is led by Executive Chef Zak Gregoire, our Bar Programme by Liana Oster and our Wine Programme by Alessia Ferrarello, each earning their stripes at renowned institutions across the globe.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our team! Ideal waiter candidate must have a passion for excellent service, experience from a high‑calibre restaurant/hotel, and be able to work under a fast‑paced environment. The candidate must be flexible and available to work according to business needs.
