Cleaning Operatives
Start date: as soon as possible.
Grade/salary: Single Status Pay Scale Grade 2, currently £4,413 per annum, full time equivalent. An additional 60 hours (across 15 days) will be required during school holidays – to be agreed in advance.
Contract: Permanent, part-time, term time only.
Shift options available: 10am-2pm or 3pm-7pm or a combination of both.
Actual salary for a 4-hour shift, 5 days per week: £11,590.
Responsibilities
We are looking to appoint reliable and trustworthy individuals to join our dedicated team of cleaners. This role will provide continuous cleaning of the site throughout the stated duration to enhance our working and learning environment. We are looking for professional and self‑motivated individuals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible. Working as part of the site team, candidates should be able to work proactively and independently to ensure the efficient cleanliness of the Academy facilities.
Qualifications
Previous experience is not necessary, as you will be given a full induction and training programme.
