Overview
RSW are seeking dedicated Semi /SkilledLabourersto join an already established team in the Pyle area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our projects and contributes directly to their timely and high-quality completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by setting up tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform general labour duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Safely and efficiently operate basic tools and machinery.
- Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to the overall success of each project.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and site protocols.
- Promptly report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or hazards to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive or construction-related role is mandatory
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- Skills in Carpentry or a natural flair for assembly is desirable
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Must be familiar with and able to use basic hand tools confidently and safely.
- Work with an experienced and supportive team.

Hours of Work
Monday- Thursday 06.15- 16.30
- Overtime offered Friday and Saturday when trained
