Female Support Worker

Overview

Support Worker in the UK caring for people with severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. Female staff only due to residents’ needs. Full-time, permanent contract of 35 hours per week. Day shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends on rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal hygiene.
• Use excellent communication skills to encourage and support residents to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
• Deal with challenging behaviours with compassion, resilience and vigilance.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Maintain a positive professional approach and consistently demonstrate empathy and caring nature.

Qualifications

• Strong empathy, caring and compassionate nature.
• Reliable, flexible, hard‑working and honest.
• Local or within commutable distance from 12 Annandale Avenue, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO212EU.
• Right to work in the UK for full time (20‑hour Student or Skilled Worker visas not accepted).

Working Hours & Location

Location: 12 Annandale Avenue, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO212EU. You will work day shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends on rota. Permanent, 35 weekly hours, full‑time contract.
