Responsibilities
- Be part of the Big Mamma Bar team, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
- Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
- Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
- Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day

- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous bar experience with knowledge of classic cocktails

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 16.21£ per hour (inclusive of tronc)
