Multi-Skilled Tradesperson + Labourer (2-Person Team)

Project Description

2-man team required for a 16-week project in Chorley delivering a range of maintenance and repair jobs across 2 local sites.

Requirements

• 1x Multi-Skilled/Multi-Trade
• 1x Labourer

This will be on a CIS-basis. POTENTIAL FURTHER WORK or BONUS AVAILABLE.

Driving licence for one of the team is required. Ideally the team will know each other, but we can put the team together ourselves.

Project Tasks

• Small brickwork replacement and re-pointing
• Minor refurbishment work – small joinery and boarding/plastering
• Repairing damage and minor works
• Joinery/Carpentry
