Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL

Salary: OTE £15.61 per hour, including tronc.

Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days

Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team.

Our bars at THE PIG’s are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind, which provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the bar, ensuring a creative service is provided to guests.
  • Maintain the bar, keeping it clean and presentable at all times.
  • Develop your beverage knowledge and keep up with current trends.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bartender, or within a similar role.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.
