Position Summary
Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Recycling Department is responsible for the removal of household recycling and waste, industrial and commercial waste, organic waste, and dry recyclable waste from a variety of locations within the Council area.
Location
Pixash Lane, Keynsham
Responsibilities
You will lift and empty waste containers, including food caddies, card sacks, household plastic bins, wheelie bins, and paper sacks, into recycling vehicles. The role includes loading and unloading, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining vehicle and equipment in good working order.
Training and Development
Employees are supported to progress from loader to driver roles. Paid driver training is provided for interested candidates.
