Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced support worker to support a gentleman in his own home in March. You will have proven experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and confidently managing challenging behaviours and difficult situations. Our gentleman enjoys outings to Costa for coffee and spending time building Lego, so a patient, understanding, and personable approach is essential.
