Position

Kitchen Team Member (Permanent – Full-time)

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Producing high‑quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Working with the team to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills everyday.
• Keenness to detail.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Slug & Lettuce.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.
