Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality
• A willingness to learn new skills every day
• A keen eye for detail
• The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Chanter
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation
• Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
• Overseeing deliveries
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Working with the team to achieve company targets
