Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress in the Champagne Central Bar, you will serve guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, handle customer queries or complaints, and work alongside the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a relaxed but attentive service.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
Qualifications
- Availability to work 32 hours per week.
- Experience as a server, waiter/waitress, barista, bartender, or host in a restaurant, bar, or hotel.
- A thoughtful, hospitable approach that showcases personality and offers a laid‑back yet warm guest experience.
- Interest in sustainability and environmentally conscious practices.
- Commitment to delivering a warm Glasgow welcome as part of the voco team.
